Return & Exchange Policy:

2. The product must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
3. Video proof is required at the time of initiating the return.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
